A celebration of life visitation for Pastor Isaiah Armstrong of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2016 will be held on Monday, May 23rd from 3 to 6 p.m. at The Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Avenue, Apostle Mark Jones, pastor. Isaiah Armstrong was born in Fort Pierce, Florida, he was the youngest of 13 children born to Alvin and Essie Armstrong. He attended Garden City Elementary, Lincoln Park Middle School where he participated in the marching band and graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School where he participated in the marching band and symphonic band. Isaiah relocated to Tampa, Florida before graduating from Indian River Community College where he studied music. He worked as a park ranger at St. Lucie County Park Division before working in Fort Pierce as a police officer. Isaiah started his church ministry 'People Helping People for Christ Ministry'. Isaiah was preceded in death by his father, Alvin, Sr.; brothers, Lester (AB), Owen, Ernest, Otis and Eddie; sisters, Rosa Lee Hannan, Dorothy Williams (Doll) and Doretha Collins. He leaves to cherish his memories with his wife, Dana Armstrong; son, Zack; a loving mother, Essie Armstrong; four siblings, Alvin Armstrong, Jr. (Maggiemarie), Carolyn Williamson (Nathaniel), Nathaniel Armstrong and Lewis Armstrong (Carole); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and many friends.
