A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Ivery Marie Jackson, of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 will be held on Saturday May 29th at 2:30 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Tampa, FL, Rev. David Lee Jones Sr. officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Ivery Marie Jackson was born on February 23, 1955 to Clem Salter and Dorothy Kitchen Burgess. She was rasied in Tampa, Florida where she attended Middleton High School and was a retired housekeeper.

Ivery was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Dionne Jackson and Chaquella Jackson; sister Annette Sweet; brothers, Rudolph Salter, Charles Salter, and Richard Salter. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her loving husband Moses Wilcox; daughter, Mahalia Jackson (Chuck); sons, Moses Wilcox Jr. (Renee) and Stephen Newsome; sisters, Linda Benton and Christine Bonner (John); grandchildren, Zambria Jackson, Brandon Thomas, Chuckqae Thomas, Jasir Thomas, Zamyria Newsome, Trenton Grier, Treyvaris Wilcox, Aubrianna Wilcox, and Alexis Wilcox; great granddaughter, Alaiyah Sutherland and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
