Mr. James Fulmore III, age 24, of Riverview, Florida, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and cherished memories with family and friends. James was born on April 6, 2001, in Tampa, Florida. James was known for his joyful spirit and love for life. He enjoyed spending time fishing with his father, experimenting in the kitchen while cooking new recipes and dancing whenever he had the chance. One of the things he treasured most was being surrounded by family during gatherings and celebrations. His warm personality and loving heart touched everyone who knew him.

James was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gloria Jean Fulmore; and his aunt, Kathy.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving father, James Fulmore, Jr.; his loving mother, Stephanie Thomas; grandmother, Evelyn Thomas; grandfather, Velton Thomas; sisters, Jasmine Fulmore of Queens, New York, Chasity Fulmore and Trinity Fulmore; aunts, Michelle, Angie and Teresa; uncles, Velton, Kevin, Mike, Danny and Jason; his beloved nieces Ja'laiya and Gianna; nephew Jaylin, Jr.; along with a host of cousins, extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory. James will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him. A motto James was known for saying was "Never goodbye, always 'see you later."
