Homegoing sevices for Mr. Jeffrey Lamar Wade of Tampa who passed away, Saturday, May 9, 2015 will be held Saturday, May 23rd 11:00 a.m. at Revealing Truth Ministries, 5201 N. Armenia Avenue, Pastor Gregory Powe with Rev. Keith Walker, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Jeffrey Lamar Wade was born March 16, 1965 in Tampa, Florida to Rastus and Edna Wade. He was a graduate of King High School, class of 1983. He was a member of Revealing Truth Ministries. Although he is gone too soon from us in tragedy, he has triumphed over death and lies in the cross of our risen Savior. Jeffrey now resides in the presence of the Lord, along with a host of relatives who preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memories with a devoted and loving wife, Brenda Wade; loving and nurturing parents, Rastus and Edna Wade; children, Jeffrey Wade, Jr. (Latila), Quenton Grassley, John and Michael Trigg; 6 grandchildren, Angela, Angel, Angelissa, Jeffrey III and Jeremy Wade; sisters, Sonia Wade (Anthony) and Desiree Wade; aunts, Carolyn Wade, Crystal Wade, Linda (Levi), Patricia (Jessie), Bessie Lawrence and Barbara Henderson; uncles, Charles (Karen), Ronald and Calvin; niece, Emonie Harrell; nephews, Godfrey Pringle (Samantha), Stephon Campbell (Monica) and Jermichael Harrell; sisters-in law, Claty Williams, Sherria Reynolds (Charles), Adrian Hicks and Andre Dolphin (Phillip); brothers-in-law, Tommy Webb (Ruth), Earl Webb (Marian) and Alfonso Webb (Rose); a host of cousins; godmother, Lois Thomas; godbrother, Jerome Reddick; devoted friends, Norman Bacon, Ernest Weaver, Anthony Argo, Patrick Foster, Chester, Jackie, Dwight and Reggie; and a host of other relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May 22nd from 5-8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6-7p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
