Mr. Jermaine Montea Faison Funeral services for Mr. Jermaine Montea Faison of Tampa, who passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015, will be held on Tuesday, October 13th, 11:00 a.m. at New Mt. Zion M.B. Church, 2511 E. Columbus Drive, Pastor Larry Roundtree II, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Jermaine was born on August 21, 1983 in Tampa, Florida. He was a member of New Mt. Zion M.B. Church.
