Jerry Ann Session, also known as Jerry Ann Norton, was born on October 30 in Port St. Joe, Florida, to the late Jake Session and Karetta Alexander. A native Floridian, she was raised in Tampa, Florida, where she attended Hillsborough County schools and graduated from Gary Adult High School. She later attended Hillsborough Community College, earning credits toward a professional business degree and ultimately attaining her associate degree in business. Jerry Ann was a woman of deep faith, perseverance, and purpose. A 20-year breast cancer survivor, she gave all glory to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and lived by Matthew 6:33. She was a devoted wife, mother, businesswoman, and servant leader whose life reflected faith in action. Professionally, she was a Licensed Multi-Line Independent Insurance Agent in the State of Florida and the proprietor of JN Insurance Agency, now doing business as Insurance in Session, serving clients with integrity and compassion. She also served as Vice President of Sisters Network of Tampa Bay, Inc., founded the ministry "Show & Tell Your Business While Showing & Telling God's Business," and held leadership roles within Toastmasters.

She was preceded in death by her parents and several beloved family members.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Jerlaine Beckwith and Janelle Mond; grandchildren; stepchildren; a loving host of siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends, coworkers, and her Sisters Network and Toastmasters family.
