Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Jerry B. Scott of Tampa, FL who passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2016 will be held on Saturday, January 16th, 4:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Rev. Larry L. Roundtree, officiating Pastor of New Mt. Zion M.B. Church. The interment will follow. Mr. Jerry B. Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Bennie and Julia Scott; sister, Trudie B. Jackson and brothers, Bennie Scott, Jr., Charlie Scott and Willie Lee Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memories with his son, Gerald Scott and wife; daughter, Tarnetta Scott; a host of grandchildren; brother, Will Scott; special friend, Marissa Godbolt and a host of other relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, January 15th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
