Mrs. Jessie Mae Shellman Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Jessie Mae Shellman of Tampa, who passed away, Wednesday, September 30, 2015 will be held Saturday, October 10th, 11:00a.m. at New Progress Missionary Baptist Church, 3307 Shadowlawn Ave., Rev. E. J. Williams, pastor with Rev. Caleb Batchelor, officiating. The interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Mrs. Shellman enjoyed fishing, cooking, baking, embroidery, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Quincy and Rosa Shellman; sisters; Gladys Palmer, Mary Jan Shellman and Mary Rashard; brothers; Raymond, Albert and Theodore Shellman; son, Andrew Clark; granddaughter, SiKondra Chavone Moore and niece, Ora Lee Steward. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her daughter, Jean Gant (Isaac); 2 sons, Charles Clark (Geneva) and Harold Clark (Cassandra); grandchildren, Andre (Butch) Moore, Terrance Williams (Ethel), Sidney Clark, Barry Clark (Shannon), Michael King, Jr. (Calandra), Joshua Clark, Daniel Clark, Jackie Burgess, Tammi Tyler (Joe), Kimberly Clark; Senora Clark, Andrea Hopson, Cynthia McCloud, Jessica Faison, Ebony Faison, and YoLanda Tillman; 37 great grandchildren, 26 great- great grandchildren and 7 great-great-great grandchildren; nieces, Ruby Williams, Willie Ruth Peterman, Mary Lou Rashard and Mattie Elanie Jackson; a host of great neices, nephews, cousins and other special family and friends including, the Valenti family her dedicated employers. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, October 9th from 5:00 to 8:00p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
