Mr. Joe Redding, Jr. was born on December 14, 1965, in Tampa, Florida to Joe and Sally Redding. Joe graduated from King High School, Class of '85. In high school, he played varsity football as a star running back. Joe continued his secondary education and football career at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Joe dedicated 30 years of service as a sheriff Detention Deputy and Courtroom bailiff with Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. He retired from service on December 21, 2021. Joe leaves to cherish his memory, a devoted wife, Karen; son Zachary, and loving parents, Joe and Sally Redding. Many loving relatives and devoted friends.
