John was born on February 9, 1955, in Sanford, Florida to Obert and Fannie Arnold. Mr. Arnold was a skilled handyman and landscaper. While briefly residing in Miami, John retained employment in the janitorial field. He then returned to his hometown and was known as an all-around God-fearing man who enjoyed reading the Bible.

John was known by all who loved him to be vibrant and full of life; he will be missed by so many. He was preceded in death by his daughter; Wyzorie Arnold, brother; Samuel Arnold; and sisters, Violet and Eula Mae Arnold.

He leaves precious memories with his daughter; Shereese Lewis; sons, John and Brian Arnold; grandchildren, Kaiyanni Lewis, Zahria Lewis, Sarabi Lewis, Amiya Arnold, Sienna Arnold, and Brinay Arnold; parents, Obert and Fannie Arnold; brothers, Eiddie Arnold, David Arnold and Robert Arnold; sisters; Emma Arnold, Martha Arnold, Brenda Arnold, Coma Arnold and Sandra Arnold; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
