Johnny Lamar Butler " Papa J JB was born on January 16, 1968, in Live Oak, Florida to Johnnie Butler and Stella Francis-Butler. Johnny enjoyed Bowling, gun range, bible study, family gatherings, sports, dining out, soul food, action movies, history, Hebrew Israelite, playing cards, Yard work, automotive and detailing, playing with his grandson, and helping people. He graduated from Suwannee High School, in Live Oak Florida class of 1987, and had a long-time career with BRW Contracting Inc.
He was preceded in death by grandfathers; Chuck Francis, Bennie Butler; grandmothers; Nellie Mae Butler, and Eva Francis; Uncles, Robert Francis, Napoleon Francis, Lewis Butler, Clifford Francis, Richard Francis; aunts; Mary Key (Stanley), Cornie Jones (Charles), Diane Andrews, and Israel May Gardner
He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving and dedicated wife, Stephanie D. Butler; 2 daughters, Johnicha L. Butler and Jocelyn L. Butler; step-children, James W. Guyton, Jr., Jamesha W. Mgbenu, (Andrew E. Mgbenu), Frank M. Griffin, and Milo Butler (Fur Baby); grandson; Marco Robinson aka Snowman/Cocomelon; sisters, Emma J. Melton, Clementine B. Lee, Chelisa B. Andrews (Steve), Betty A. Butler; special friends, Jimy Marshall, Kenny Marcus, Markel Vincent, and Kenneth Harris; and a host of brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loving family members.
