Jose was a native and resident of Tampa, Florida. He attended Hillsborough County Public Schools. He worked in the construction industry and was a certified forklift driver. Jose was preceded in death by his mother, Valerie Wasp; grandmother, Bernice Cooper and aunt, Vanessa Howard. He leaves to cherish his memory, fianc, Tatiana Johnson; pops, Tony Hampton (Marquita); sisters, Katrina Tims (Shaun), Kim Kerbo, Sharlotte Hamilton and Ebony Hampton; sister-in-law, Kiana Spragins; brothers, Micheal Rainey & family, Don, Mario Wasp and Denny Williams; children, Jose R.
