A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Judy L. Francis Smith of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Friday, July 12, 2019 will be held on Saturday, July 20th, 10:00 a.m. at 34th Street Church of God in Christ, 3000 N. 34th Street, Bishop Thomas Scott, Pastor officiating. The interment will be in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Judy L. Francis Smith was born on July 24, 1947 to the late Robert and Mable Francis in Miami, Florida. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, shopping, Red Hatters social club and most importantly, spending precious time with her grandchildren. Judy is survived by her husband, Henry Smith; daughters, Andrea LeCounte-Hamilton (Kent), Sonia M. LeCounte-Hardy (Lester) and Ingrid LeCounte-Francis; son, Gregory R. LeCounte (Shameka); grandchildren, Soraya, Jelani, and Nailah Hamilton; Kamal, Kaela and Keara Hardy; Khailer and Zander LeCounte; great-grandson, McCall Wolf Hamilton; sisters, Faye Francis Pryor (Ricky), Rosalind Williams (Lloyd) and Trushielda Hankerson; brothers, Wallace Francis (Helen) and Albert Sands (Jackie); aunts, Delores McGriff and Anne Andrewe; godson, Warick Andrews; god daughter, Schantel LeCounte; nieces, Tatiana Frances-Middleton and Anita Williams; nephews, Robert Bouie, Kentwain Francis, David Letodd Murray and Jamil Jabar, Lloyd Williams, Jr., Wallace Francis, Jr. and Thomas Smith; cousins, Curly Johnson, Alfred Williams, Cora Dozier, Merle Lee and Tameka Gibson; and a host of in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews and numerous other relatives including the Lamb family and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, July 19th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
