Ms. Julia Ann Berry a resident of Tampa, FL departed this life and entered into peaceful rest on Friday, November 29, 2024, in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Julia was born on July 16, 1966, in Ft. Walton Beach, FL to the late Rufus "Andy" Anderson and Mary Helen Anderson. She attended Hillsborough County schools and graduated from Leto High School, class of 1984. Julia attended college where she and obtained her associate's degree. During her career, she dedicated her life's work to the education system and devoted the last 16 years to Hillsborough County public schools. She dedicated much of her time to church family, shopping, talking on the phone, and spending time with her family and friends. She was blessed with one beautiful daughter Dominique Slatton. She was a long-standing member of the Greater Mt. Moriah Primitive Baptist Church. She was over the youth board of the association and wore many other hats.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rufus Andy Anderson She leaves to cherish memories her daughter, Dominique Slatton (Darrel) of Tampa, FL; granddaughter, Da' Myria Martinez and grandson D' Miyron Martinez; mother, Mary Helen Anderson of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; loving brother Terry Berry and sister Cassandra Berry of Tampa, FL. Devoted nieces and nephews, Ashley, Gache, Terri, Asia, Tiana, Corey and Adonis. special friend; Lorenzo Williams; best friends, Kaye Borders (Charles) and Gail Green. Along with a host of great nieces, nephews, godchildren, special relatives, co-workers, friends, and church family.
