Ladonna was born on September 3, 1952, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Charles Clark and Shirley Elam. Ms. LaDonna E. Clark-Sharritt received her education from the Marion County School System. Ms. LaDonna relocated to Tampa, FL where she obtained her Bachelor of Art Degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science Degree from the University of South Florida "Go Bulls" furthering her education and ultimately receiving her Master's in Organizational Management. Ms. LaDonna was an Amazing, Loving, Child of God working for the Kingdom. She loved to write poetry, play the piano, draw, and spend time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton Green "Daddy", and Shirley Elam; niece, Jessica Taylor, and son, Leotha Allen Green, III.

She leaves to cherish her memories her father, Charles Clark; children, David A. Gilbert, Tiffany R. White, Nichole Y. Freeman, Lesli Odum (Karlos), Terrance Ratcliffe (Selena); grandchildren, Nastasia Limon-Osby(Leon IV), Aaron Bonner(Jessica), Katrina N. Rodela, Sahaira Y. (Nicole) Gilbert, Naixa Brown, Bryan Green(Monique), LeCandance A. Green, Dominic Ratcliffe (Jamie), Johnathan Lee (Eileen), Alohnna-Elyse Lee, Arielle-Synclaire Brown, Cayden Freeman, Brazhton Wilson, Channing Ratcliffe-Campbell, Karlos Odum II (Bonus), Chase Ratcliffe, Terrance Odum, and Zora Ratcliffe; great-grandchildren, Leon J.C. Osby V, Cree S. Osby, Noel Osby, Isaiah Bonner, Piper Bonner, Aniya Green, Maliyah Green, Natiana Jackson, Cianalies Jackson, Naylani Jackson, Ja'niyah Rodela, Dominic Giustino-Lee, Jasmine N. Ratcliffe; sisters, Renee Green, Sharon Taylor ( Sam), and Ava Driver; aunt, Norma Jean Gilbert; nephew, Jeremy Taylor; cousin, Larry Peter Penn (Gerlene); Special-Devoted friends, Darlene Belgrave (Norman), Ms. Betty Thornton, Ms. Yvonne, Ms. Zerelda Nelson, and Ms. Linda Magwood; )" great-grand dogs, Balu, Dalilah, Nico, Mira, Koe-Koe, Hazel E, and Hondo a host of "adopted" children, family, and friends, and last but not least, "LaDonna's real husband and father to her children, Smokey Robinson (inside joke)"
