A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Larcena Braxton 108, of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 will be held Saturday, August 22nd, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Elder George Bailey, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Larcena Braxton was born July 7, 1912 in Wakulla County, Florida. She attended Deliverance Church of The Body of Christ under the leadershipElder George Bailey. She enjoyed fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl B. Braxton; parents, James 'Jimmy' Timmons and Lu Bethel Quaterman; 3 sisters and 4 brothers.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her namesake niece, Larcenia Ross; great-niece, Nellie Mae Burney; niece-in-law, Eloise Gillard; great-great nephew who she helped raise, Frederick Timmons; she also leaves behind five generations of nieces and nephews to celebrate her 108 years of life; Ocala Church Home, New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church members, Pastor Tonya Hanks and memory of Pastor Dennis Haggins and DeliveranceChurch of The Body of Christ members.

The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
