Larry Samuels, nicknamed "Sam" was born on November 17, 1943, in Plymouth, Indiana to Richard and Lorene Samuels. Some of Larrys favorite activities included camping, canoeing, drinking copious amounts of coffee, making chili, being a boy scout leader, listening to jazz music, and playing saxophone. He was a saavy Ham radio operator, conversationalist, and computer aficionado.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Lorene Samuels and his wife, Patricia Samuels.

He leaves precious memories with children, Raina Jenkins, Scott Samuels, and Riley Samuels; brothers, Rodger Samuels (Sally), Darryl Samuels (Toni), Dennis Samuels (Brenda), and Rodney Samuels; nieces, Wendy, Denise, Michelle, and Dawn; nephews, Sean and Wesley; and loving relatives Victoria, Nick, Andrea, Zachary, Christopher, Maiah, and Elliana.
