Homegoing services for Ms. LaShawn Brown "Lovely" of Tampa, who passed away on September 26, 2012, will be held on Saturday, October 6th, 11:00 a.m. at St. John Progressive M.B. Church, 2504 E. Chipco Ave, with Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks pastor, officiating. LaShawn was born on May 1, 1968 in Tampa, Florida. She was a member of St. John Progressive M.B. Church. LaShawn was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School, class of 1986. She was employed by Verzion Wireless. LaShawn enjoyed racquet ball, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosalind Brown; grandparents, Thomas and Katie Mae Wade, Lasco Brown and Annie Myrl Cole; aunts, Brenda Wade and Doris Brown; niece Malayah Wilson.
