Obituary

Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. La Tosha Culpepper Bulmer, 38, who passed away to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 18, 2014, at Melech Hospice House, Temple Terrace, Florida will be held Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., at Cathedral of Faith Inc. Church, 6304 N. 30th Street; Reverend Patricia Hauser, officiating. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. La Tosha was born on April 11, 1976 in Tampa, Florida to Ms. Zelma Culpepper of Tampa, Florida and Mr. Isaiah Baity of Tampa, Florida and was nurtured and raised in a loving and supportive family environment. At an early age, she joined Cathedral of Faith Church where she was baptized. She attended Gary Adult School where she received her high school diploma; and then presumed and received a certification in Phlebotomist (medical professional who draw blood from patients for various lab test and procedures). La Tosha enjoyed posing for pictures especially showing off her nature beauty and gorgeous smile. She leaves to cherish his memories her husband Shawn Bulmer; two sons Zelquaned Culpepper and Shawn Bulmer, Jr.; her mother, Zelma Culpepper; her father, Isaiah Baity (Susan); her brother, Corries Culpepper and sister-in-law Candace Culpepper; her favorite uncle, Louis Culpepper, Jr.; mother-in-law, Mrs. Violet (Eva) Bulmer; special nieces and a nephew, C'Erra, Cortne, Cai, Corrie, and Josh. She also leaves a host of cousins; friends; extended family which includes Alkyannia Travan and Shantavia Smith; and four very special people who were by her side everyday as she battled her illness - Kathy Stokes, Harriet McCray, and Persylvia Singleton. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May 23rd from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." (Revelations 21:4) "And he laid his hands on her and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God." (Luke 13:13)
