Mr. Leon B. Fluker was born October 5, 1952, in Tampa, FL to Josephine Matthews and Henry B. Fluker. Leon found joy in fishing, dancing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Matthews; father, Henry B. Fluker; and brothers, Michael Fluker and Henry Fluker.
