Leroy was born May 29, 1951 in Tallahassee, Florida. He accepted the Lord as his savior during his 20's. Leroy enjoyed fishing, playing cards and he loved to build things and going to the Dog Track. He was preceded in death by his father, Dan Parrish and brother, Tommy Henderson. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his spouse, Lorene Lewis; children, Greta Bake, Sheneda Scott (Sylvester), Michelle Lewis, Clifford Gay, Johnathan Gay, Malinda Jackson, Zackary Hunter of Panama City and Tyquils Moore; 26 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; mother, Ronnie Mae Barron (Eddie, Sr.) of Tallahassee, Florida; brothers, Don Parrish of Atlanta, Georgia, Samuel Gay (Wanda), Theodore Henderson (June), Michael Henderson, Anthony Barron and Eddie Barron , Jr.; sisters, Gloria Gay (James) and Angela Barron; uncle, David Gay of Tallahassee, Florida; nieces, Vestria, Tameca, Jan, Talisha, Teresa, Tika, Jameria, Justice and Taiona; nephews, Joshua, Stephen, Samuel, Jr., Ivan, Antonio, Marcus, Tramaine and Jamar; a host of cousins; best-friend, Jessie James Franklin (Louise); childhood friends, Henry Jones and Charles Sailor; a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him
