In loving memory of Mr. Leroy Green who passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2014, a private visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 20th, at Aikens Funeral Home. Leroy Green was born December 31, 1951 in Tampa, Florida to the late Alfonso Green, Sr. and Margaret Bailey Green. He was a member of the 29th Street Church of Christ. Leroy enjoyed fishing, solving crossword puzzles, dancing and studying the holy bible. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Alfonso Green, Jr., and uncles, Louis Herman, David Ulysee and Daniel Junior Bailey. He leaves to cherish fond and loving memories with his children, Davonya L. Green, Latrice Green Markison, Katrina L. Green and Christopher Green; grandchildren, Jada, Jenna and Jodi Markison and Jacob T. Green; brother, Lee Edward Green; sister, Alma Bailey Fortson; aunts, Mae Ola Bailey Riley, Rosa Lee Bailey Goff, Charlene Stanley (Clevey) and Lujean Taylor Bailey; nieces, Denisha N. Green and Latasha Fortson; nephews, Odell Mount and Darrin Fortson; cousins, Willie Bailey, Robert Bailey, Sr., Mack Campbell, Irene Wilson, Dorothy Norton, Joe Campbell, David Bailey, Jr. and Frankie Bailey; and a host of other cousins of the Green and Bailey families; other relatives, neighbors and friends.
