Leroy Judkins was born on April 11, 1939, in Montgomery, Alabama.

Leroy enjoyed watching football, wrestling, and westerners.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Bridget Council; his mother, Willie Mae Brown-Judkins; brothers, William, Henry, Attor, Otio and Daniel Judkins; sisters, Coral Mae Judkins-Williams, Flora Mae Judkins-Banks, Era Mae Judkins-Brown, and Rose Mae Judkins-Kendricks.

He leaves precious memories with his children, Lasonija Council-Bell (Jonathan), Timothy Judkins, and Valencia OBryant; grandchildren, Jeremy, Tiamara, and Darius Judkins, Myron and Byron Council, Enterior, and Brenda Bell; great-grandchildren, Byron Council, Jr., Saniyah, Amyn, and Marquis Council, and Jayce Harrigan; nieces, Tasha Jackson, Tanesia and Shenika Judkins; nephews, Michael, Darrell, Darnell, and Lil Henry Judkins, and Devon Jackson.
