Mr. Levander Tony Frazier was on November 18, 1949 was born in Hartsville, South Carolina. He enjoyed watching football, baseball, old movies especially Western movies. Eating rice was a passion. He was a painter by hand. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Helen Napoleon; son, John Levander Frazier and his mother, Arlene S. Chester; brothers, Gregory Napoleon 'Buttons' and William Napoleon 'Butch' and sister, Gwen Napoleon 'Plook'. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his spouse, Dorothea Frazier; children, Shareen Williams, Yukia Napoleon, Simone Napoleon, Malissa Parker, Vanessa Parker and Dwayne Parker; grandchildren, Ebony Lynch, Qymel Aleem, Madison Brown, Drew Parker, Ginger Parker, Calvin Parker, Mya Lynch, Jeremiah, Jade Grier, Regin Parker, Javaris Gordan, Ivory Parker, Sean, Christian, Llhem and Kayleb; brother, Christopher, Robert, Anthony and Darryel; sisters, Tina, Josette, Evetta, Ann, Deneice and Jennifer; special friend, Michael we wanted to thank you for everything that you did for our beloved Tony.
