Lillie Mae was born on May 9, 1939, in Camilla, Georgia. She had a passion for singing in her church and living by the word of God. She enjoyed gardening and traveling throughout the years. She had a special passion and love for her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Rosa Florence, first husband, Arthur Clarke, second husband, Foster Garvin; sons, Jerome and Aurthur Clarke, Jr. daughters, Brenda Smith, Ruthie Clarke, Tommie Clarke (Paula), Detrick Clarke (Ashley), and Benny Garvin; grandchildren, Bernard Livingston (Mary), Roneesha Covington (Mario), Ericka Miller (Marlon), Theolanda Haywood (Randolph), Theotis Smith, Trenton Clarke, Tradia Clarke, Eureka Miller, Tommie Clarke Jr. (Laquita), Joseph Thomas, Shamika Thomas, Shameka Sellers, Detrick Clarke Jr., Tyree Clarke, Dallas Clarke, Riley Clarke, and Deon Johnson; brother, Albert Florence (Armeter); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends, Mrs. T.
