Obituary

Ms. Limbana Janette McNeal passed away on March 17, 2025. She was born in Tampa, FL, on November 14, 1968. She received her education through Hillsborough County Public Schools, graduating from Armwood High School in 1985 as part of its first graduating class. She later earned her certification in Cardiovascular Technology from Sanford Brown University.

A devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She had a heart of pure gold and was deeply loved by everyone who crossed her path. She was a dedicated member of the House of Praise COGIC, where she served faithfully as the church secretary. She had a passion for cooking, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoyed working out and was always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen McNeal, Sr. and Ruby Louise McCall McNeal; her brothers, Allen McNeal Jr. and Ponce McNeal Sr.; her sisters, Valaria McNeal and Ellen McNeal; her son, James McNeal; and her niece, Carselia Harrell.

She leaves behind to celebrate her life and mourn her passing, her son Toarlyn Fitzpatrick, daughter Torri Fitzpatrick (Amya), daughter Stephanie Lewis, and grandchildren Jordan, Kross, and Kendall. She is also survived by her brother Delatorro McNeal, Sr. (Anna); her godmother Jannette Washington; nieces and nephews, Ponce, Jr. (Mieko), Allyna, Dana (Bernard), Ruby, Pepe, Brandie, Robert, Bobby, Michael, and Delatorro II; greatnephews, Ponce III, Dvonte', Donte, Isaiah, Donthel, Trevon, and Carson; great-nieces, Jelisha, Cherish, Carquisha, Taylor, Tan'Zania, Paige, Asia, Miracle, Hope Ikeya, Destiny, and Faith; sisters-in-law Mae McNeal and Rena McNeal; Cosuins; Harold, Sara, Tshombe', and Patrick. Special friends Valerie, Geraldine, Nikki, and Tia, along with a host of other loving family members and friends.
