Homegoing services for Sister Lizzie Mae Covington who passed away on Monday, April 6, 2009, will be held Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 1:00 p.m., Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 4008 C. P. Epps Dr., Pastor C. P. Epps, officiating. Interment will be held on Monday, April 13th, at Sunset Memory Gardens at 10:00 a.m. Sis. Lizzie Mae Covington was a member of Mt. Olive M.B. Church; she was a faithful member of the Number 1 Choir. She retired from Dixie Linen Company after 22 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents: father, Fosher Wright; mother, Mamie Allen; sisters, Gladys Allen, Mary Kirkland, Martha Moore; brother, Lougene Aikens; nephews, Bobby Allen, James Aikens and Carl Aikens. She leaves to cherish her loving and dedicated sister, Hattie Parker; brother, George Aikens, Jr. (Katie), Augusta, GA; aunts, Lorene Covington (Marion), Alberta Allen, Augusta, GA, Julia Allen, Ft.
