Mrs. Loretha Dorsey Hall was born on January 5, 1951, in Pavo, Georgia, to loving parents Julia Mae Bacon and Kelly Hill, Sr. She peacefully transitioned on April 17, 2026, surrounded by family and friends. Loretha was raised in a loving home and later moved with her family to Wimauma, Florida, where she established deep roots in the community. She was a devoted and hardworking woman who dedicated over 25 years as a cook at Sun City Inn, where she was known for her warm spirit, kindness, and the care she put into everything she did.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wilbur Hall, Sr.; parents, Julia Mae Bacon and Kelly Hill, Sr.; brothers, James, Herman, Charles, Leon and Eugene; sisters, Carolyn and Nettie; and son, Gregory.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories to her children, Marcia, Wilbur, Jr., Jerone (Kiesha), Jermaine, and Warren (Framaine); brothers, Tommy, Kelly, Daniel and Robert, all of Tampa, Florida; 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Loretha's legacy of love, strength, and compassion will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
