Mrs. Lucile Williams was born on Wednesday, October 2, 1946, in Boston, Georgia to Leroy Pratt and Mary Lee Burns. Lucile graduated from Magnolia High School in Thomasville, Georgia with an upbringing living on a farm. Upon attending nursing school, Lucile met and married Raymond D. Williams Sr. and she moved to Tampa, FL. Lucile was employed at Tampa General Hospital for 18 years. They have been married for 56 years. Mother Lucile Williams served as a faithful member and was a licensed minister of Christ Temple and later transferred her membership to New Life Tabernacle UPCI, where she was appointed as an ordained mother, prayer warrior and leader, and teacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ. "Mother Williams", as she was affectionately known, was a pillar in the church and touched many lives. She was highly respected by all who knew her. On Sunday, May 21, 2023, at 1:23 pm, the Lord called her home while praying in her room.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Raymond Williams III.

Mrs. Lucile Williams leaves precious memories with her surviving loving husband, Raymond Williams Sr.; children, Raymond (Nicole) Williams II and Nazaree Williams; grandchildren, Nia Williams, Nylah Williams, Naomi Williams, and Neriah Williams; brother, Nathanael (Willie Mae) Burns; brother-in-law, Joseph C. Williams Jr.; sister-in-law, Constance (Jerome) Cummings; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and devoted friends.
