Lucille was born on January 4, 1941, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Henry Ross and Annie Pearl-Jacobs. She loved to travel, as well as spend time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Pearl-Jacobs; father, Henry Ross; brother, Sammie Lee Ross; and sisters, Virginia Davis, and Sophia Ross. She leaves precious memories with her sons, Danny Vickers (Gloria), and John Wynn; daughter, Theresa Hicks (Robert); grandchildren, Cynesia Franklin, Keith Blaine, Solaun Blaine, Uhura Cherry, Kayla Vickers, and Danzel Vickers; great-grandchildren; Breonna Pendleton, Jalen Hardrick, Tyrin Cherry, Aliyah Carter, Andre Carter, Armani Carter, Aniya Blaine, and Christian Blaine; nieces, Deborah Woods, Shamina Blandford, Judith Ross-Turner, Jacqueline Ross, Susezette Ross, and Catherine Queeman; nephews, Howard Davis, Ronald Davis, Andre Davis, Devron Davis, James Ross Sr., Wali Rasheed, Michael Ross, Raymond Ross, and Ross Beckworth; cousins, Larry Emanuel, Kay Emanuel, Lucy Nell St. Clair, and a host of other cousins; the families of Harriet Weaver, Everaleen Hough, Ruby Powell, Ella Evans, and Richard Pearson, Silvan McFarland, Eva Simon, Hatti Butler, Shirley Andrews, Bevain Johnson, and Melvin Hardrick; and a host of other family and friends.
