Luisa Mancillas was born May 16, 1941, to the late Erasto Garcia and Maria Ayala Garcia. She passed away on July 12, 2021. She enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing, and woodworking.

She was welcomed into heaven by her mother, Maria Ayala Garcia; son, Daniel Mancilla; brothers, Florentino and Juan Garcia and sister, Rosa Martinez.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories of her children, Dianna Mancilla Covarrubias, and Nifa Mancilla Sanchez; grandchildren Eric A. Mancillas, Ricardo De LaGarza, Jr., Dottie De LaGarza,Adrian C. De LaGarza, Hector Mancillas, Tony Mancillas, Manuel De LaGarza, Tatiana De LaGarza, Isabel Gonzales; brothers, Rolando and Hector Garcia; sisters, Yolanda Garza, Josefina Rodriguez, and Lupe Vega; and a host of other family and friends who will miss her.
