Ms. Bryant was born November 7, 1932 in Silver Creek, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ethel Bryant; sisters, Allean B. Austin and Marcel Durr; brothers, J.W. Bryant, Louis H. Bryant and Henry G. Bryant; children, Herbert Davis, Bettye Young and Jackie Davis. Ms. Bryant leaves cherished memories with her children, Rae B. Mercer and husband, Frankie, Cullen Davis, Jr., Barbara J. Davis, Ronald E. Davis and Anita M. Davis; grandchildren, Catelia Young, Eric Davis, Gregory Davis, Tamika Davis, Charo Davis, D'Metria Mercer, Anthony Epps (Mahogany), Leroy Epps (Candidas), Lisa Davis and Jerry Robinson; 16 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Willie J. Bryant; 1 sister, Willeane Showers; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; devoted friends, Rosa Johnson; special friends Willie and Hazel Singletary, and Sara Frazier.
