Homegoing Services for Mrs. Margaret Williams Stevens of, 1107 E. Lambright, who passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2009, will be held on Saturday, June 6th at 3:30 pm at Ministry of Spirit and Truth, 1417 E. Holland Avenue, with Bishop Saughanto Austin, pastor officiating. Internment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Margaret Williams Stevens was born March 14, 1946 in Palatka, Florida. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She loved playing cards and attending the Station Bar. She was preceded in death by her parents, Molly Johnson, and Albert Williams; children, Terrance Thomas and Deirdre Thomas; sister, Sally Aikens; aunt, Henrietta Hall. Mrs. Stevens is survived by her companion, Alfred Watson; children, Mary Talbert (James Felton), Theodore Williams, Roosevelt Holmes (Cassandra), Melissa Holmes, Yemeka Harrison and husband, Ronnie Andrews, Tronda Wimbley (Nookie Man) and Stacie Holmes; grandchildren, Tony and wife, Fatavia Scott, Nikki, CeCe and husband, Charles Ray, Toya, Roshanda, Wallace, Gerald Gay, KeKe, Demetris, Ashley, Jermaine, Michael, Sharday, Joelisa, Niko, Theo, Ted, Jr.,Teasha, Kevin, Terrance, Taquisa, Keleirea, Kalayha, Terrance, Terrell, Laderidre, Montrail, Valeerie, Sophia, Rakema, Jaquez, Lay-Lay and Bernard; great grandchildren, Cedric and Sedrika Holmes, Roosevelt Holmes, Jr., Jai'rein, Li'terrance, Cuttie, Nakira, Li'Jaboo, Shamara, Jiaun, Kitaina, Rodrick, Ta'nia, Sunshine, Jacob, Chad, Antonio, Jr., Nia, Mahogany, John, Brianna, Erica, Lil Rashad and many more; brother, Albert Williams, Jr. of Gainesville, FL; sister, Rebecca Wallace of Tampa, FL; aunts, Helen, Williams, Gertrude Edward and Charlene Ellis both of Washington, DC, Carolyn Bogas of Michigan, Doris Raines of Tampa, FL and Ruth Ann Norton of Tampa, FL; uncles, Sonny Raines of Tampa and Charlie Hall of Washington; nieces, Debra Aikens, Topeka Aikens, Shawna Williams and Lavonne Aikens all of Lake City, FL; cousins, Erica Raines and family, Valencia Williams and Gina Grimes and family; god daughter, Intisar Hempfield; god son, David Harley; special friends, Lisa Gay, Samuel Johnson, Brenda Pickens and Family, Temeka Watson, Chuck Goins, Janie Collier and Family, Janette Hamilton and Family, Margaret and other sorrowing relatives and friends that we didn't get to mention. The remains will repose at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, June 5th from 5-8 pm. The family will receive friends from 7-8 pm. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday at 3:15 pm.
