A homegoing celebration for Mrs. Marie Unita Wiles of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018 will be held Thursday, February 15th, 6:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Rev. Rashidi Collins, pastor of New Life Tabernacle Church, officiating. Marie was born January 23, 1937 in Georgetown, Guyana. She attended New Life Tabernacle Church and enjoyed cooking and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her children, Sandria A. Wiles, Lorenzo Wiles, Dania B. Wiles, Marilyn Cummings, Sonia Cummings, Tony Cummings and Jeff Wiles; grandchildren, Lashanda Wiles, Lakeshia Cantave, David Harris, Thomas Lee, Minniqua Wiles, Lorenzo C. Wiles, Alora Ford, Kenia Lee and Joseph Lee; great-grandchildren, Tadavia Harris, Kyla Harris, Timothy Harris, Charles Wallace, Jr., Camille Wallace, Loriyah Wiles, Ma'Kenzie Cantave, Lorenzo Wiles, Jr., Jabari Wiles, O'Anesia Williams, Amir Davis, Demeatre Lee, Archie Chapman, Mashay Davis and Kentavia Heyward; a host of other relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 14th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Thursday for the service.
