Mr. Marin Pringle, Jr. was born on May 9, 1937 in Buford, South Carolina to the late Marin (Louise) Pringle, Sr. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Huspah Baptist Church. He was educated in the public schools of Buford County. In 1952 he relocated to Florida where he met and married Zepherine Grier. To this union 5 children were born. He attended Northside M.B. church under the leadership of Rev. Jacob Jordan where he served on the Usher Board. Bro. Pringle worked in the Construction Industry. Later he began a career with Borden Ice Cream as a long distance truck driver from which he retired after many years of service. He was well known in the community for providing a positive outlet for youth at his business known as "The Teenage Place." Brother Pringle was affectionately known as "House Man" aka "House". He was preceded in death by his parents, Marin (Louise) Pringle, Sr.; son, Henry Lee Pringle, daughter, Carol Louise Pringle, grandsons, Mark Jackson and Antwan Walker. He leaves to cherish his memories, his devoted wife of 55 years, Zepherine Pringle; sons, Marvin Pringle, Havey (Cindy) Pringle; Harold (Andrea) Pringle, Sergio (Sierra) Bogan all of Tampa; daughter, Amanda Vinson of Gainesville; grandchildren, Latesha, Kendra, Shareece, Tameka, Andre, Tiffany, Rodney, Candis, Zena, Bobby, Demond, Harold, Jr., Ebony, Marcus, Ashley, Danny, Brittany, Sergio, Jr., Xavier, Elijah and Rayana; 23 great grandchildren; brother, David Pringle of Philadelphia; 2 sisters, Forestine Pringle of Philadelphia and Pauline Lesesne of South Carolina; sister-in-law, Bernice Grier; 3 aunts, 1 uncle and a host of nieces, nephews and devoted friends of Highland Pines Community. The viewing will be held on Friday, June 24th, from 5-8 p.m. at Northside M.B. Church. Family will receive friends at the church from 6-8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday for the service.
