A Private Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Marissa Frederika Godbolt of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2:00 p.m., Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Rev. Larry Roundtree, II, pastor of New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Marissa Fredericka Godbolt was born August 17, 1953 in Leesburg, Florida. She enjoyed cooking, going to bingo and social gatherings. She attended new Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Ruth Nelson and daughter, Shontelle Mouling. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her sons, Joe Godbolt and Wyndel Godbolt (April); grandchildren, Jasmine Fleming, Porsche Mouling, Fredrick Mouling, Loretta Mouling, Tarra Leeks, Dava Leeks and Shannon Johnson; greatgrandchildren, Ayden Harper, Ronnardo Tyson, Jr., Royalty Tyson, Reign Tyson and Remedi Tyson; brother, Al Copeland, Jr. (Felicia); sisters, Kathy Campbell (Marvin) and Alfredia Mulkey; aunt, Marie Russ; nieces, Kandace Johnson (Jonathan), Kristen Felder, Brandie Felder and Zoie Mulkey; nephew, Ryan Felder (Wakina); cousins, Gwen Hall, Willie Russ, Kitty Oliver, Shawna Leeks, Debra Toombs, Patricia Clayton, Nicole Leeks, Krisha Hawthorne Cassandra Leeks, Angel Douse, Robert Toombs and Derrick Toombs; friends, the late Jerry Scott, Mark, Linda, Aliza and Gabrielle Sena and Fannie Riggins. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May 1st from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends during the visitation.
