The loving memories of our mother and grandmother, Marjorie B. Guest will be celebrated on Saturday, November 30, 2013, 12:00 p.m. at St. James AME Church, 5202 S. 86th Street, Rev. Michael B. Price, pastor officiating. Mrs. Guest was called home, November 17, 2013 by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; let His will be done. She was 89 years into her life's journey. Marjorie was the daughter of Spencer and Cherry Bennett and wife of Samuel Guest, all who are also walking with our Lord. To continue her quest she leaves 2 sons, Samuel A. Guest and Issac B. Guest; daughter-in-law, Maria Guest; grandchildren, Jamie, Marjorie G., Samuel Jr., Contona, LaToya, Phillip, Monique, Stacy and Winston; and a host of great grandchildren; relatives, Dr. Delores Essuon, Rev. Bill and Sylvia Aldridge, Marjorie Holder, Arthur James McClain, James and Marilyn Watkins, Sylvia Green and Randolph Hall; to name a few of life-long friends, Mary T. Allen, Mose Darby, Florence Cross, Alma Jones and many, many more. To all who knew and loved Marjorie, we pray "God's will, to be done in your lives" Amen. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the memorial service.
