Homegoing services for Missionary Mary Bellamy of 2913 E. 27th Avenue who passed away, Sunday, October 3, 2010, will be held Saturday, October 9th, 2:00 p.m., Hands of God Ministries Church, Inc., 2918 E. 27th Avenue, Bishop Clayton Ferguson, Jr., is officiating. Missionary Bellamy was born on March 26, 1950, in Plant City, Florida, to the late Willie Bellamy and Earnestine Glover, who preceded her in death. Missionary Bellamy was one of the original members of The Hands of God Ministries. She served as President of the Usher Board until her health failed. She was also one of the lead tenors in the HOGM Choir; and was an outstanding hospitality leader who took pride in serving the community and church. She leaves to cherish her precious memories her daughter, Felicia Bellamy; four brothers, Willie Bellamy, Jr. (Gloria), Jimmy Bellamy, Minister Sylvester Bellamy (Connie), David Bellamy (Rhonda); four sisters, First Lady Dorothy Ferguson (Bishop Clayton Ferguson, Jr.), Minister Charlene Taylor (Ray), Minister Henrietta Glover, Evangelist Betty Wilson (Ron); eight grandchildren, Tabbiean Bellamy, Rasheka White, Rarzell White, Jr., Chardea Ferguson, Christopher Wright, Clayton White, Joshua Ferguson and Shakira Bellamy; seven great grandchildren; three aunts, best friend, Sarah Green, and a host of additional nieces, nephews, family members and friends. The viewing will be held at Hands of God Ministries, Inc. on Friday, October 8th from 5-8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church at 1:45 p.m. for the service on Saturday.
