A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Mary L. Best of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 will be held Saturday, February 20th, 11:00 a.m. at 34th Street Church of God, Bishop Thomas Scott, officiating. The interment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mary L. Best was born January 12, 1933 in Evinston, Florida. She was a member 34th Street Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Jannie Warren; husband, Kelly Best, Sr. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her children, Gwendolyn Damon (Willie) and Kelly Best Jr, (Ann); grandchildren, Yolanda Walker (Billie), Michelle Walker (Gregg), Demetrius Smith, Latonya Walker, Nikki Walton (Cordell), Dale Reed, Devaughn Reed (Faye) and Leon Reed; great-grandchildren, Daydria, Jhareese, Shariah, Tayvius, Alaiyah, Avaiya, Kaileyah, D.J., Omari, Dionte and London; brother-in-law, David Best (Deanie); 3 sisters-in-law, Doris Tolliver, Vernell Clovesko (Joseph) and Carolyn Best; nieces, Jewell (Henry), Wendy, Ellen, Ursula, Carrie, Kathleen, Betty (Dave), Wanda, Lyndia (Eric), Candice, Dr. Bonita and Davina; nephews, Danny (Karen), Lawrence (Charlotte), Nathan (Tammy), Mark, Trey, Steve, Lester,Brian and Brandon; special cousin, Mildred Curtis; a host of other cousin and friends; Rogers, Nix, Napier and Ware families and a special girl; Bishop Thomas Scott and family; 34th Street Church of God family.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, February 19th from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
