Obituary

A Celebration of Life for Michael Anthony Pascoe who passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022, will be held on Saturday, March 26, 11: 00 a.m. at First Baptist Church-Progress Village 8722 Progress Blvd, Pastor Antonio Pringle, officiating.

Michael Anthony Pascoe was born on November 23, 1960, in Tampa, Florida to parents Waldie Pascoe and Frances Pascoe. Mike graduated from East Bay High School. Mike was employed at Tampa Electric for over 30 years. Mike was a devout Christian who sincerely loved the Lord. He and his wife joined First Baptist Church of Progress Village in 2011.

Mike met his lifelong partner and soulmate Veronica Braddy, and they married in 2007. He was blessed with a wonderful daughter: Sherrail Steward, son-in-law George Steward, and two wonderful grandchildren: Savanna and Castin Steward. He took great pride in spending quality time with his family & friends and would do anything for them. He was unselfish with his gift giving, not to mention his sense of humor. He never met a stranger because shortly after meeting Mike, you were friends.

Some of his hobbies included participation in a bowling league, coached little league baseball, and cooking the best BBQ. He was also well-known for his love of music. He appreciated the beauty of life so much that he captured it through his photography.

He was preceded in death by his father, Waldie Pascoe; brother, Harold Williams; aunts, Mildred McNair, Lillian Tolbert, Evelyn Cohen; uncles, Rudolph Tolbert, Frank Williams Jr, Seymor Roberts, Stanley Pascoe, Eglon Pascoe; cousins, Ethel Ricks McQuay, Vercel Pascoe; mother-in-law, Lillian Simmons; father in-law, Julius Braddy.
