Millie, affectionately nicknamed, "Penny", was born on July 25, 1962, in Tampa, Florida, to Willie and Emma McDaniels.

Penny liked dancing, listening to music as well as traveling. Her favorite musician was Michael Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Emma McDaniels; and sister, Cheryl McDaniels.

She leaves precious memories with her sisters, Felicia Brown, Jacqueline Dorsey (Rodney), and Eunetta Leslie (Paul); nieces, Termecia Albury, Janay Dorsey, Ashanti Leslie, and Amari Leslie; nephews, Henry Jackson, Dontavius Drew, Tavarus Johnson, Larry Johnson, Earl Drew, Reco Johnson, Darius McDaniels, Eric Robinson, Rodney Dorsey, Jr.; Godchildren, Stephen Stubbs, Shameka Grant, Precious Cook, and Sean Cousins; loving family and friends, Tracy Brown, Cynthia Duncan Maxwell, and Marian Jolly; great nieces and nephews, McDaniels family and a host of other loving cousins and relatives.
