Minnie was born to Patricia Hatten, in Tampa, Florida on August 31, 1974. Minnie proudly worked for the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office, as a master control operator. She loved traveling, playing basketball, spending time with her children and grandchildren, watching "the stories", resting, and enjoying family functions.

She was preceded in death by husband, veteran, Algenon Graham; grandmother, Annie Wilson-Mosley; great-grandparents, Henry Wilson and Minnie Mae Wilson; aunt, Jeanice Hatten; uncle, Jim Hatten, Jr.; and godmother, Betty Harvey.

She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Adrian and Adryonna Kegler, and Keyotta Clemons; grandchildren, Kehlani Collins and Kelis Penny; mother, Patricia Baker; brothers, Henry Baker, Sammy Jackson and Fred Neal; sisters, Katrina Highsmith (Stacy), Shquilla Baker, Shameka Wright, Carla Neal, Felicia Neal, and Lavette Neal; aunt, Andrea Walsh-Belcher; uncle, John Hatten (Delilah); nieces, Tanesha Williams, Natoria Williams, Joquanda Benson, Brittany Hudson; nephews, Dakarai Highsmith, Dayshun Sutton, Kahlil and King Baker; special cousins, Karen Baker, Ylonda Baker and Tomesha Darden; godchildren, Robernesha Pertee and Shawn Kegler, Jr.; best friends, Carla Simms, Bridget Mazion, Renada Ellis, Jennifer Kegler, Sabelitha Moore and Angela Dean; along with a host of many other special nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members, lifelong friends, co-workers and neighbors. Her loving and caring spirit left a mark on us all and will continue to live on in our hearts.
