Minnie was born on August 27, 1945 in Tampa, FL to the late Arthur Miller and Loretta Miller Thomas. Minnie received her education in Hillsborough County and retired from Hillsborough County Courthouse as a custodian. She also worked at the voting election polls.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a member of New Bethel Progressive MB Church for many years.

Minnie was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Miller; mother, Loretta Miller (Thomas); and siblings, Arthur Miller, Jr., Charles Miller, Evelyn Cotman, Yvonne Lynch, and Sharon Brown.

She leaves cherished memories with her special friend, Roland Ware; five sisters, Eloise Tinsley, Gwendolyn Arnold, Vanessa Martin, Patricia Atkin, Latrell Ghant (James); and one brother, Otto Miller, Sr.; and a host of sorrowing nieces and nephews.
