Obituary

A Homegoing Celebration for Mother Nadia Morrell Tulloch of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 will be held on Thursday July 1st, 2:00 p.m. at New Life Tabernacle, 6912 Williams Rd. Seffner, Florida, Pastor Rashidi Collins, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Nadia Morrell Tulloch was born June 11, 1953 to Andy and Rosa Lee Morrell. She was a graduate of Middleton High School class of 1970. She attended New Life Tabernacle UPC, Inc. She enjoyed studying and praising the Word of God. She loved to shop, sew, cook, bake and read. Nadia was always smiling, she always answered the phone "Hello, Praise the Lord"; she would always tell you I love you when she ended the call. Her favorite Scripture was Acts 2:38; She was a retired LPN and worked for Tampa General Hospital for over 30 years; She gave her life to the Lord over 30 years ago. She was always helping and giving and willing to give you the shirt off her back. Her spirit will live on in her son, her grandkids and everyone she touched. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy Morrell and Rosa Lee Morrell; maternal grandparents, George and Lillie Mae Richardson; fraternal grandparents, John and Bessie Morrell; uncle, Isaac Richardson; brother, Michael Morrell, Sr.; nephew, Michael Morrell, Jr. and great-nephew, DeVante Hall. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her son, Leon Williams and special daughter, Stacie Youngblood; grandchildren, Jaquay; Leonicia, Joel, Kayla, Kadrin, Kevin and Leona; great grandchildren, Romya Perry, R'yana Perry, Dontez Coleman, Jr. and Juan Moss III; brothers, Phillip Morrell, Raymond Morrell, Marvin Morrell and Bruce (Brenda) Morrell; sisters, Rosalyn Jackson (Charlie), Arlene Tisdell (Leroy), Melva Brown, Cecelia Howard and Norma Banks (Daren); nieces, Vanessa Durham (Mark), Tami White, Michelle Morrell, Allesha Marshall; Stephany Morrell, Andie Morrell, Jislayne Morrell and Nngozi Evans; nephews, Marvin Morrell, Jr., Dennis Morrell, Raymond Morrell, Jr., Ahmad Brown, Antoine Morrell, Isaac Evans and Jeremiah Howard, Bruce Morrell, Jr. and Antonio Morrell; Church Family, Mother Parker, Mother Ferguson, Sister Campbell, Sister Mamie Mack and Sister Angel; lifelong childhood friends, Irene Hamilton, Elizabeth Fennell, Toni Taylor, Priscilla Jackson-Norton and Pauline Ligons; Special Thanks To, grandson and caregivers, Joel Williams and special daughter, Stacie Youngblood; Hospice Team Ruby; Sisters and Mothers in Christ, Mother Hattie Parker, Sonia Ferguson ,Sisters Ida Priester and Mamie Mack. She also leaves a host of other great-nieces and great-nephews.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 30th from 4:00 to7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Thursday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
