Raoul McIntosh, age 80, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026. Born on August 13, 1945, in Brooklyn, New York, Raoul was the beloved son of Victor McIntosh and Etta McIntosh. He was raised in Teaneck, New Jersey, where he developed strong values, character, and sense of community that defined his life. Raoul proudly served his country in the United States Army for 20 years, demonstrating unwavering dedication, discipline, and patriotism. Following his military service, he continued his commitment to public service through a distinguished career with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where he worked diligently and earned the respect of colleagues and friends. A devoted husband, father, brother, and friend, Raoul's greatest joy was his family. He shared a loving and enduring marriage with his wife, Rosalyn McIntosh and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Among his favorite pastimes were traveling and taking cruises with his wife Rosalyn, creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever. Raoul also had a passion for sports. Whether watching a game from home or attending sporting events in person, he enjoyed the excitement and camaraderie that sports brought into his life. Known for his warm spirit, infectious smile, and great sense of humor, he was truly a fun-loving person who could brighten any room and make everyone feel welcome. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rosalyn McIntosh; his children, Chris Bryant II, Keenan McIntosh and Erik McIntosh; his sister Nancy Powell; his four grandchildren Jaden McIntosh, Chris Bryant III, Alan Bryant, and Trystan McIntosh; his two nephews and niece Ricky Duke, Mikayla Duke and Tristian Duke; lifelong friends Dennis Thompson, Raymond Thompson, Charlie Thompson and Michael Prince; and a host of extended family members, friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish his memory. Raoul's life was one of service, love, loyalty, and joy. His legacy lives on through the family he adored, the friendships he treasured, and the countless lives he touched throughout his 80 years. He will be deeply missed, and his kindness, laughter, and unwavering love will remain in the hearts of all who knew him. Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever missed.
