Gwendolyn was a devoted wife, loving mother, and valued member of her community. She was a faithful member of Unity AME Church of Seffner, where she once served as President of the Usher Board. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Carroll Earl Milton, Eugene Milton, and Theodore Milton, and her sisters, Virginia Hill, Theda Milton, Jr.  Helen Stoney, and Lillian Hammond. Gwendolyn shared a beautiful life with her loving and devoted husband, Jesse Brown, with whom she enjoyed traveling, creating cherished memories, and celebrating life's many blessings.

Her joy for adventure and the time spent exploring new places with her husband will forever be treasured. She was a beloved mother to Jason Jackson (Cruz Marie Rodriguez), Alesia Williams (Bernard), Jesse Brown, Jessica Brown, and James Brown (Keaira). Her grandchildren brought immense joy and excitement to her life: Courtney Griffin, TeDeryl Brown (Keneisha), Jessica Hebert, Nysha Brown,Nicholas Lewis (Trina), and Makayli Phillips and Serenity Brown; great-grandchildren, Nylan, Cameron, and Joel . She also leaves behind a host of loving nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as her devoted goddaughter, Donesheka Poole. Gwendolyn enjoyed socializing with family and friends.

She found joy in shopping, had a deep passion for sports, and was an avid fan of the Florida State Seminoles and the Las Vegas Raiders. Known for her exceptional cooking, she delighted in preparing delicious meals that brought her family together and created lasting memories. Her kindness, warmth, and vibrant spirit touched everyone she met. Gwendolyn's legacy of love, laughter, and devotion will continue to live on through the many lives she influenced. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
