Alvina Ann Foster was born on September 20, 1967, in Tampa, Florida, to Clayton Foster, Sr. and Alice Willingham. She was educated at Hillsborough High School. Alvina was a hardworking woman who enjoyed playing basketball and spending time with those she loved. She was known for her intuitive nature, her sense of humor, and for being someone who “didn’t play the radio.” Her straightforward personality and loving spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. 

Alvina was preceded in death by her beloved boyfriend, Robert Brown, Jr.; brothers, Ulyssey Hudge, Stanley Foster, and Anthony Foster; and nephew, Charles Foster, Jr.  

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her loving sons, George Hill, Jr. (Kenya Ricks) and Dondre Brown; cherished grandchildren, Ahmina Hill, Nalij Hill, and Ge’Niya Hill; devoted sister, Eunice Foster White (Anthony, Sr.); brothers, Charles Foster, Sr., Clayton Foster, Jr., and Milton Foster, Sr.; nieces, Vaunita (Michael), Shawn (Kevin), Dominique White, Keyvia Atwood, Rickita Godwin, and Aurielle Simmons; nephews, Chris Hudge, Milton Foster, Jr., Kevin Williams, and Anthony White, Jr.; special friends, Theolanda Williams, Yolanda Baker, Ruthie Higgins, Tracy Richardson, Beatrice Brinson, Shelie Engram, and Roz Williams; cousins, the Campbell, Willingham, and Marcus families; the College Hill family; along with a host of additional cousins, nieces, nephews, and sorrowing friends.

Alvina’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who loved and knew her.
