Hafeezah was born to the late Myrtice cross Dennis and Alonzo Dennis on September 09, 1940. Hafeezah was the 11th sibling of 12 and the only girl.

She was a dedicated member of the Nation of Islam since 1968.

She leaves behind a dedicated husband of 49 years Abdul Malik Reshada. She also leaves six dedicated children; Alexia Rene Carter, Angela B Bacon, Omour Bacon, Twanda Bacon Williams, Antoninette Bacon and Rick Rashada; grandchildren, Toni Johnson Brooks, Alexia Johnson, Ahmad Carter, and Khiry Mcquincy. She also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
