Nancy was born on December 30, 1941, in La Ceiba, Honduras and was adored and cherished by her parents, the late Mellard Nathaniel Woods and Lula Elizabeth Woods. Nancy was a Registered Nurse, serving in the medical field for over 50 years. She made her home in Long Island, New York at the age of 12. In the early 90's she moved to Florida, continuing nursing until she retired, making Tampa her final resting place. She will forever be remembered by her children for her unwavering love and her big heart.

Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Mellard Nathaniel Woods; and mother, Lula Elizabeth Woods. She leaves precious memories to her children, Pamela Elizabeth Parker, Veronica Nisa Watford, and Robert Gregory Watford; brother, Elwin Nathaniel Woods (Alina) of Cape Coral, Fl; sister, Peggy Ann Stamp (Gilbert Charles) of New Orleans, LA; granddaughter, Amber Lee Parker (Charles Bell) of Brooklyn, NY; grandson, Jakory Dozier ( Valrico, Florida); great-grandchildren, Bella Lynn Elizabeth Bell, Augustus Nathaniel Bell and Eden Parker Bell of Brooklyn, NY; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews between the United States and Honduras, Central America, Elizabeth, Annette, Sheila, Angela, Peggy, Edward, Grayson, Jewel, Joy, Michael, Horace, Verona, Julio, Samuel, Scarlett, Rhasida, Sonia, Christopher, Jennette, Timothy, and Sharon, along with a host of neighbors and cherished friends.
