Homegoing Services for Mrs. Naomi Jones Cushion of Tampa, who passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2015 will be held on Saturday, January 2nd, 2:00 p.m. at New Smyrna Full Gospel Cathedral, 5015 N. 17th Street, Bishop W.L Lee, officiating. The interment will be held in Orange Hill Cemetery. Naomi was born October 14, 1939 in Walterboro, South Carolina. She enjoyed providing help to all she could and she loved to cook. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Dukes and Mary Inez Jamison. She leaves to cherish her memories with her husband, Otis Cushion; children, Joe Dukes, Peggy Ackah and Debrah Jones; grandchildren, Ebony Dukes, Amber Dukes Charity Williams, Benjamin Williams, Ashley Curry and La'Quitta Curry; great grandchildren, Ah'Johntia Williams, Bruce Brown, Lanaisa Russan and Ah'Kelah Dupree; brother, Johnny Dukes; sisters, Gloria Dukes and Annalee Jamison; nieces, Renee Dukes, Vera Foster, Tammy Foster and Evette Dukes; nephew, Timothy Dukes; cousin, Roshanda Dukes and family; friends, Ivory Marshall, Shelia Pressley, Al'Freda McClary, Alberta Caoch, Freddie Simmon and Florance Green; and a host of other relatives and special friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Thursday, December 31st, from 4-7 p.m. The family will receive friends from 4-5 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
